You need a program called Styler!

yes i have redownloaded it and my friends i also post it on jcxp.net coz they are requesting there for a toolbar to match my theme thanks for using my theme and thanks for creating this beautiful toolbar! it's really a match for my theme and btw for some people who want to use this toolbar use Styler found in this [link] and if your using WindowBlinds, StyleXP or other Themes "check" the Styler's option "StylerTB Mode" in it's "Info" Tab so it will not mess the theme enjoy!
